We believe that the standards of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 provide a minimum threshold for conformance. While conformance to established policies, procedure, standards, and statutory requirements is necessary, the true focus of the QUICK TOOLS Business Practice (QUICK TOOLS management System) is on achieving a high level of “performance” in the delivery of products and service to our customers.
The QUICK TOOLS management system is the culmination of operation, and support processes. The system is designed to provide inter-departmental connectivity of the organization, to ensure we provide the customer is a seamless and professional service based on customer needs, health, safety and environmental requirements, proven technological applications of our services, and just good business sense.
Our high-performance managing system is customer-focused and driven however we do not believe Quality or HSE performances are amenable when based on a set of static requirements. We believe that Quality and HSE performance must be embedded in every process and activity of our organization and shall be driven by the culture of our company. In turn, this makes every employee responsible towards this goal.
One of the Valves and Guiding Principles that is foundational to our overall company mission is a phrase in our Quality Statement, that says:

We believe it is a good business practice to document our actual work processes. Among many other benefits, documenting our work processes helps us identify needed competencies and train new personnel.
QUICK TOOLS Business Practices provide the framework for development and implementation of the management system, including the documented portion designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001-2000, ISO 14000.
More importantly, it also includes or refers to the facilities for measuring performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
